A Riverside County man has been awarded $105,000 in punitive damages after being beaten by security personnel at Dodger Stadium.
The court found that one security officer acted with malice and assessed damages against the Dodgers and the officer.
The lawsuit alleges that the security officers forcibly ejected the man and repeatedly battered him. [ more ]
